Driving Digital uniquely brings together research from suppliers and experts in the industry and real-world experience from the day in and day out practices at vehicle retailers across the UK.
This year, Sue Robinson and the NFDA welcome John O’Hanlon from Waylands and Mark Lavery from Cambria Automobiles.
John will be discussing electric vehicles and Mark will talk about the journey Cambria has taken when dealing with the pandemic and the plans for his business going forward.
Both will focus on the future and how electrification and digitalisation will play key parts.
On the research side, complementing John’s discussion on the steps the NFDA has taken to build electric retail in the future, Anita Fox from Facebook will discuss consumer research towards EV adoption.
Neil Addley from JudgeService will provide insight into when people will adopt electric vehicles and real world reaction to the pandemic, talking to real customers of NFDA members.
Talking all things digital, Ian Plummer and Catherine Fairers from Auto Trader will present the latest research from the ICDP and sum up the key consumer behaviours over the course of the pandemic and how things have changed since forecourts reopened in April.
All the speakers will form a panel to take questions from the audience and answer questions submitted via social media prior to the event.
Driving Digital on the 8th of September 2021 is expected to sell out quickly as per usual, so don’t delay, book your tickets today and we’ll see you there!
